This one is also an MD (Media Distancia) which is what Renfe classifies multiple train services per day to the same destination under – those other longer distance trains at some major stations are sometimes in seperate areas of the train station

You still need a ticket and seat reservation and the train conductor scans your ticket on the train (rather than at the station like the other high speed trains)

My train is at 9:44 and I like to get there 1hr early to take it easy and have a coffee so left my accom around 8:30am

It’s so funny! The Spanish run for their carriages like the train in going to leave in 1.3seconds! So I just hand back and check what’s going on

Had the aisle seat this time 2hrs 56 cant look out the window argh!

Then window was half blocked as well so when I’m trying to look out it looks like I’m a psycho looking directly at the girl sitting next to me 🤦🏽‍♀️

She was coughing and sniffing out loud the whole way so I guess I’m looking the other way anyway!

Oh, and I’m going backwards again…

I booked this ticket 3 months ago you would think that there would be forward facing unblocked view window seats available 🤣

Pretty informative – they announce in english as well but when she was speaking in English and agree says “this train goes to…” The destination name was blank, just silence… Great lol
This confirmed I was on the right train though
