You MUST visit Lynmouth! there are plenty of beauitful properties up here but this one I chose due to the view over the channel and location between the 2 villages

THE PROPERTY
Overlooks Lynmouth Bay with gorgeous views!
They have free parking which is great and the lot is small so can get filled out pretty quick and if you have a large car will be hard to park – you enter in a really narrow lane way which looks like a walking path but then comes to the narrow gate to the drive way entrance to the hotel – great location just off the main street in Lynton

The honesty bar at the restaurant – full bar where you make your drink or cocktail
The details were really nice and felt like i was staying at someones home
The “wet” room – to be used to clean up after walking or to bring pets into that are wet or dirty and clean them up
MY ROOM
I really wanted to get my interiro designer out and redo the whole bedroom – there is SO much you can do to modernise and make this room even more special, the decor just didnt do it for me and it felt like it was decorted back in the 90s
Saying that the bed was comfy and the room was clean which is the main thing

BREAKFAST
Included in the price , we had our pre determined tables with our room numbers on them already set up – there is an extra menu you can order off but there is a basic continetal breakfast included
The breakfast was fresh fruit and a vegan english breakfast – nice and tasty
The breakfast room – your table had your room number on it – menu to choose your brakfast from or continental cereals, toast etc
This hotel was an amazing place to stay, I had a lovely experience from everything from the booking experience and the parking was simple and free and I felt like I was staying at a friends house, I LOVE the honesty bar idea it really is such a nice thing to have – all in all I recommend this hotel, not as a lucury hotel but as a nice simple, friendly, homely accommodation with BEAUTIFUL views!
