β˜• From Australian Coffee Snobbery to English CafΓ© Surprises ~ Finding My Perfect Cuppa in the Cotswolds!

Give me a good coffee any day and I’ll be happy!

Black as the devil, hot as hell, pure as an angel, sweet as love

The English have gotten good at their coffee making I gotta admit… In Aus we are spoilt with our boutique cafes and we don’t really like the chains like Costa or Starbucks…

The Engliah do love their coffee chains, especially Costa, they also have Pret which is one of my favourites, but they actually do a good job at a fine coffee β˜•οΈ so I’m happy…

πŸ“– COFFEE & A GOOD BOOK ~ CHELTENHAM

Seriously, it doesn’t take much. A decent coffee, a comfortable spot to sit, perhaps a good book and I’m one very happy traveller!

Coffee in Cheltenham

I’m having a break from exploring and splurging on a coffee and my book…

And when you’re wandering around the beautiful English countryside, there’s nothing quite like finding a lovely little cafΓ© to rest those weary feet and recharge the batteries! I loveee english cafes…

Another of my favourites was in Bourton on the Water… De La Have’s cafe on the banks of the river, or maybe it tastes better because of the scenery and less stress? πŸ€—

It was so nice just sitting beside the river, in my warm jacket, surrounded by those gorgeous Cotswold stone buildings! What more could I ask for!?

So, while my Aussie coffee standards are high, England did very well to keep me satisfied! Heres to discovering more and more cafes in this beautiful part of the world!
