I have to say that the number one thing about this place that left a mark on me were the staff! They were absolutely lovely and so genuine! I would stay here again just for the staff!
The manager was Alejandro who was so approachable and so entertaining he spent the time chatting with me about random things and we had such a good laugh! Tim who was behind the front desk welcomed me with a lovely genuine smile 🙂
I was handed a bottle of water as i walked in and also upgraded to the family room which had a little random room at the back with a single bed and i had a late checkout of 11am – what I also loved were the little touches when walking in the room the tv was on classical music channel which was a small but lovely touch! Also when i was leaving Alejandro gave me a coffee voucher from the cafe at ground level which was nice!
The bed was so comfortable and I slept like a baby!
The only thing with the family room is that it didnt have a window so if that worries you make sure to ask when booking, it didnt bother me so I was fine with it
The bathroom was perfect, good sized and very clean and the shower had great water pressure and there was plenty of hot water!
Location : great spot just off George St next to 3 wise monkeys pub
All in all I would def go back but mostly because of the staff and the comfy beds – recommended
