A very basic and simple accom but great location if you are after the hospital or being close to St Leonards and surrounds

Next door is a cafe and restaurant

Great location for North Shore Hospital, St Leonards, North Sydney, Willoughby etc

An older looking building which can be missed on the main Pacific Hwy so dont miss the turn into the driveway!
Very small car park – cant book so first in first served, if you have a large car its going to be hard to park
Drive way runs along the side, pretty narrow
Small fridge and coffee tea included
The view from my tip story room, on a clear day I was told its much better and you can see the city
Normal bathroom, great shower, hot water
Comfortable bed and good sized room

Plain, simple, clean and basic accom – no complaints, good to have parking included espec in this area
