🇦🇲 REVIEW ~ “Cascade Apartments” – Yerevan, Armenia

My experience here was amazing! I stayed for 45 days and had a great host by the name of Eric who was friendly and fantastic to deal with

I gave it 4 stars due to the location and that it was on level 5 so it wasn’t too noisy (if you don’t like stairs don’t book this apartment! There is no lift) I booked it on purpose as I love stairs… the washing machine was great, bedroom was large and airy and the bed was comfortable

The location of the apartment is its definite perk, the pricing for the area is average as prices have really surged in Yerevan due to many Russians moving here recently so renting is not what it used to be unfortunately – you can find something cheaper but it will be most likely without a balcony and smaller and not as nice location

Waited at Cascade Square to meet up with Eric, I did forget that you can’t go on the grass so was very soon told off by the police officer patrolling the square

The stairs when you make it to the top – note that this is a residential buildings so you are the odd one out, there are families and locals living here – everyone is lovely 🙂

At nights, the stair well is dark but a few of the doorways have automatic lights but basically I would use my phone light as soon as I entered the main entrance if it was dark then it was fine from there

The apartment doorway, heavy duty with good lock, couldn’t hear that much from the others who would come and go on the same floor

Check out the awesome view over Cascade square…

Its so much fun here, people are out and about at all times so its a great place to people watch and also get a nice look at the moon at night with a glass on wine chilling
