The double-storied schist building has been authentically restored whilst adding contemporary touches, to create a B&B with a boutique hotel feel. Nine elegant, light and graciously decorated ensuite rooms are complemented by a spacious guest lounge and dining room, where a memorable The Lord Clyde breakfast is served each morning to guests.
After a day of cycling, walking, wine tasting or just relaxing in Central Otago’s countryside, you can enjoy a drink in The Lord Clyde’s pretty private garden and then amble across the road to dine at the award-winning Olivers Restaurant and Bar.

THE BEDROOMS
The rooms were all unique and very comfortable – modern, colourful and really enjoyable to stay in
The bathrooms were so clean and there was plenty of supplies, towels, creams, shampoos and was perfect
Shampoos, conditiioner and body wash is plentiful
The twin room was large and spacious and good for 2 people
The bathroom was even bigger! it was huge with carpets and a large bath, nicely furnished and plenty of towels and everything thats needed
Every room had a unique key which was a cute touch
Colourful and playful!
The corridor was clean and modern
They kept the old feel of the property and is unique to the area

The outside of the property and was a sight for sore eyes and cycle legs! 😉
The living room for all the guests to freely use
The kitchen area where the breakfast was included – friendly, open and unpretentious
Plenty reading material!
I really enjoyed staying here! was my favourite from the whole trup
