A nice, basic Accomodation in the vicinity of the airport – it’s got all the simple basics and most importantly, a very comfy bed! Oh and the window curtains are the best block out blinds I’ve come across so far! No light is let in it’s great!
Such a good location! I’m a walker so the 10min walk to domestic was simple! 15min walk from Mascot station to hotel was easy as well, not if you have huge bags thoughA typical Ibis exterior – clean, crisp, structuredInteresting cool and funky walls with quirky art on every floor, pretty cool!The room was exactly as I expected, simple, crisp, clean and with all basic necessities – a very comfy bedGood sized bathroom with all basics – they don’t provide shampoo or conditioner but for me I don’t usually use it so no bother Outside near the entrance is an outdoor sitting area The foyer with some more quirky art!View from my room – the hotel is right near the Cargo area of the airport If you like maccas and Krispy Kremes you will be happy… Right next door!
All in all I love the location of this hotel and how easy it is for me to get there and then to the domestic terminal from there and I am happy with the price as well, saves me from getting up so early in the morning if it’s an early flight and paying $17 for the train, of rather pay the extra and walk 10mins the day of the flight
