As soon as I saw the outside of the hotel I loved it straight away!

Its an old heritage house converted into accommodation and its old style has still maintained which is great to see and experience

The facade was beautiful, deceptively small from the outside and then so many rooms on 2 floors when you walk in!
The entrance to the beautiful heritage hotel
The little garden at the front was so pretty with the gold fish swimming around
I stayed here because of the location to Fox Studios – was a 15-20 min walk through Moore Park
I had room number 10 at the top front of the house right in front of the communal balcony – the window was facing the street but they had installed an additional window which blocked off all noise, was fantastic! The room was very dark with the block out curtains
My room was nice and cute, a smallish room but as the ceilings are so high it didnt feel small or claustrophobic at all
The bathroom was very interesting! It was designed in a long shape against the side wall of the room and the bathtub at the end with a step up on the other end, first design i’d seen like this (ps. The hair dryer on the wall doesnt work, instead they have supplied a much better high quality hair dryer)
The room from the other side, the glass on the wall is where there bath is
The breakfast area – such a nce place to hang out
The top floor heading towards front of the hotel and out to the shared balcony facing Flinder St
The ground floor heading out towards the atrium and breakfast room and sitting area with the piano room
The atrium from the 2nd floor looking down, there are seperate rooms at the back of the property with a few addtional rooms
The balcony at the back overlooking the atrium, its really nice that they have a lot of places to sit around in
Heading up to the 2nd floor rooms and sitting area
The piano room sitting area in the common area

The above 3 pics were taken of my friends room that he stayed in, just as cute and nice, similar style

All on all, this hotel is great if you like the old style unique accommodation, its fantastic for getting to Moore Park / Centennial area, also walking around and exploring the Darlinghurst and Surry Hills areas and surrounds

The bed is very comfortable and clean, block out curtains and if you are at the front of the property the traffic on the main road doesnt bother

I highly recommend this hotel as I do like the unusual unique places with a historical feel to it and little nooks and crannies to sit and read a book in
