Flydubai Boeing 737 MAX 8

DELAY OF 1hr! Was meant to leave 11:25am but its 11:35 and im still waiting

Pulled out my Priority Pass and spent the time in the business lounge which was nice!

At 7:40am it was dark and gloomy at 5 degrees and the streets were busy even at that time for Yerevan

Yandex to airport was 1900amd which was pretty cheap and it took 25mins
The airport was quiet at 8am and it looked eerie with the mist and fog
As soon as I got there, noticed there was a delay of 1hr to our flight changing it to 12:30

I had 7hrs in dubai so no issues with the delay for me as I had plenty of time to read and write my blog

I was one of the first to check in as im always there earlier than I need to be… just in case… (and many times that just in case has helped!)
At this time there were no queues no people and ive never seen Yerevan Zvartnots like this before – so quiet.. i was first in line for the baggage check and passport checks as well

Boarded around 11:40am and I had the back seat window 32A love the back seat

The flight was full
The weather was really bad in Yerevan hencefor he delay – its cold and foggy
Clouds everywhere!! Delayed by the fog and then flying in between 2 cloud layers the whole way – turbulent but interesting
I had my vegan lunch provided around 45mins before my neighbour got theirs
Flydubai actually had new TV screens which were FREE!? What! An airline giving something for free?? NOOOO lol – actually, this was a total surprise, I had never seen this before, they usually charge to use the TVs

Landed in Dubai, a turbulent but comfortable flight

Got a bus from the plane to Terminal 2 – then from Terminal 2 waited for a bus to Terminal 3 gate B

Arrived and sent through here to wait for the bus
Heading to Gate B… I think! I went there anyways and I was right phew
Jumped on the other bus and 20mins to Terminal B
Finally my flight shows on the screen

I was way early for my flight i had 4 hours by the time i got to the Business Lounge so im glad that I could rest there and have a couple glasses of wine and chill… Dubai is a massssiveeee airport, I keep forgetting until i get there 🤣

The lounge was comfortable and it was very quiet, not many ppl here at all which I thought was unusual as there are around 1million passengers a day passing via Dubai airport
Had such a nice dinner with a few glasses of wine at the Merhaba lounge
