A really nice hotel at the lake front in Albania right near the border of Macedonia

A great place to stay if you are thinking of enjoying the lake as well as crossing over the border

Very comfy and decent sized rooms – breakfast was nice and enjoyable – I would rate it a 3 star in comparison to other hotels, nice, decent, clean, comfy rooms, a bit dated but still really nice great views!

LOCATION

Located right at the foot of the lake with beachfront access for guests

2hr 40 drive from Tirana

The hotel has 2 seperate buildings and seems to be very popular especially in the summer time as the lake has many beach areas and bays

This is the main hotel located on the lake front and where breakfast is served
There is another hotel which is linked to this first one and we as a group stayed here, we were the only ones in the hotel

There was no receptionist in this hotel, all enquiries done with the hotel at the front

The bedroom was very comfortable and large enough for 2 people to move around in

Our door (as well as a couple of others doors) didnt seem to lock but we were told its all safe here and not to be worried about theft… ok then!

There was a large balcony as well with plenty of space to sit – not much of a view from our room though unfortunately

The bathroom was basic and had everything needed – shower was great with good hot water
The breakfast room – food was amazing and extremely yummy and filling!
