Flight from Yerevan to Tirana (Albania) total time 6hrs 55 incl the stopover

As always, I wanted to be 3hrs before the flight and gave an extra 20mins and luckily as it took 15mins to organise the GG

The GG took less than 20mins 2400 amd plus 500 amd tip

Its just amazing it takes me less than 20mins to get to the airport and $10au! I love it! So convenient and easy! 🥳

The airport was bustling but the checkins I was ar was right at the end and was a bit more quiet
Checking in from 1-5 counters – I was the first one there!

Easy check in no one weighed the bags and she gave me 1 ticket with both my flights on it… thats a first for me too!

How good is that! At 2:20am I get a msg from the Agean app telling me where my gate is and what time boarding is… first Ive seen!

Boarding was late! Around 15mins people were getting restless as Im sure the whole flight had connections at Athens too

Had a seat next to me free at the back – happy about that!

We ended up being 12 mins late so thats not too bad! I have 2hrs 45mins to transfer at Athens so it should be fine as Athens is a small airport

The sun was rising… Beautiful views of the Greek Islands when landing!

When we landed we waited 15mins to get off the plane 6:30am time ticking as flight is 8:20 check in but im not worried as I believe I have enough time

The plane was connected to a long ramp which fooled us as it went downstairs back to the tarmac…
… and we were sneakily led to a bus which drove prob for 30seconds to the terminal

Terminal A is for non schengen countries

A is to the left and B is straight as you come in from the plane

Terminal A = non schengen countries

Terminal B = schengen countries

I headed towards A – Luggage scanning took the longest still waiting here now its 6:50am its 1 line to go through

Got stopped at the scanners and they rescanned and unpacked everything

Got patted down again – i think its the underwire bra and necklaces!

Message came in via the app where my departure gate is – pertect as I havent had the chance to look yet!
Had time to walk through duty free – same old crap as other airports its become boring now tbh – overpriced chocolate and alcohol
I bought a cheese burek and an oat coffee which hit the spot! €10.50
My ticket in my wallet was automatically updated and the gate circled when I opened it
Walked towards A19 gate and to my flight

A19 gate was downstairs

Jumped on another bus to the plane – 1 more hour to go!
I was on the last bus and took 5 mins to the plane we waited another 10mins to get off the bus for some reason
I was in the last seat and amongst the large group of asians on tour, felt like I was in Australia again! 🤣
Surprised to get a snack on board as it was only 1hr flight… maybe I missed the snack on the last flight cos I was sleeping! Doh! 🤣

Landed at Tirana after an easy and comfy ride with beautiful views rhe whole way!
Got off on the tarmac and walked off, everyone stoppung and taking pics
Turned left out of arrivals and exited out of the door and walked straight to the autobuses area
Buses were clearly labeled “Tirana luna” and as I had already boight a ticket online I just showed it to them and jumped on

I bought mine on booking.com as there was no additional booking fee, very easy these days!

You can also buy the tickets on the bus the inspector comes around €4.60

Had an awesome experience with Aegean! Nothing was rushed the amount of time between flights was perfect and the experience was very pleasant
