Good accommodation in the centre of Yerevan near the Republic Square

Great location and directions for check in which is all without having to connect with the owner, its all very clear and basic

Its a great place to stay as its clean and open and has a balcony and you never are bored with the view of the main street

NOTE: its noisy and loud and the metro tremors are felt underground (I used earplugs and it was fine for me)

The bedroom is pretty big with a lot of space which is great

The window doesnt have a heavy block out curtain which is a shame but for me its ok as I wear eyemask when I sleep

…but if you are a light sleeper this room might not work for you due to the main street and no block out curtains

The bathroom is really small but it does its job
Not much space to place things in the toilet and shower area

All in all, a good accommodation, noisy but in a good location, has everything I needed as I like to cook and there is plenty of room to move around, good price so its fair
