Settled in 1880 Sussex and once a holiday destination for those looking to get out of the cities, it now has turned into a little thriving community town
Much of the town is built around a system of tidal canals offering easy access for fishing, boating, kayaking and stand-up paddle boarding
Plenty of room to relax and enjoy the backyard with the grassy area and the driveway to the water – all fenched off and safe for the kiddies
The key is easy to access as its in a lock box right by the door, the agency sends you a pin code before you arrive and its all very easy and simple
Airconditioning is all throughtout the house and works very well for those hot summer days!
The bathrooms looked like they were newly rennovated and in a really nice style, all tiled – the only thing was that the mirrors were really high up! So if youre a dwarf or lepracaun you wont be able to see yourself! Lol
These 2 bedrooms get hot in the morning due to the location of the sun at the front of the house
Nice and quiet and cool as its at the back of the house and off to the side of the other rooms
The kitchen was brand new and the utensils and pots and pans were all new and we were really impressed by sharpness of the knives!
Large fridge, dishwasher and everything was provided
