Cleaning service included every 4 days which really is a bonus as its nice to have the apartment cleaned with new towels and floor wiped and a general clean
Met with a friendly representative of Hyur Service and shown to the entrance of my apartment
I was surprised to be taken around the back, through one of the archways and into a world of its own! There was a small local fruit seller, bakery, a huge children’s playground and sitting areas in the courtyard for use for the whole complex, nice quiet and safe it felt like home after a while 🙂
My apartment was on floor 1 – there are pros and cons, and depends what you want but here they are:
- its noisy as its on one of the busiest main streets in Yerevan so there is always car noise as well as pedestrian noise
- Its only a few steps up to the apartment (no lift) so if you don’t want too many stairs its a good place to stay
- Very close to Republic Square but its in a little more residential place compared to touristy
Very comfy living room with large sitting area, windows open up to the street, plenty of space to put your every day things
Open plan so kitchen, dining table and seating area is all in one
Kitchen fully equiped for those who like to cook (me!) with everything needed – all basic cooking pots and pans and plates and cups, clean and basic
They even supplied salt, pepper, chilli powder, coffee, tea
Bathroom was clean and basic with good water pressure, nice and hot when needed!
The bedroom was on the smaller side, bed is hard for those who like hard beds
Plenty of cupboard space and drawers
Loved the area, so nice and central and away from the really touristy areas so the streets arent too noisy in comparison to other areas – more locals around – all in all happy with my stay and service from Hyur Service
